Before heading back to Osaka, I stopped by a restaurant to grab a quick bite. I told them upfront that I only had 45 minutes, and I ordered the “quick menu” sashimi and steamed clams in sake. However, the sashimi didn’t arrive for quite some time. When I asked the staff about it, they told me they had forgotten the order. They said they could serve it in five minutes, so I decided to wait — but it still never came. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked again when it would be served. I was told that other customers’ orders were being prioritized. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this level of anger toward someone. In the end, I waited over an hour and only had beer and the steamed clams before leaving. I’ll try to chalk it up to bad luck on my part, but before doing that, I needed to leave this here to vent my frustration. This is not a food review, but a complaint. Please value your customers. 大阪に帰る前に、少し食べて帰ろうとお店に入りました。あまり時間がない、45分しかない旨を伝え、スピードメニューのお造りとアサリの酒蒸しをオーダーしましたが、お造りがなかなか来ないため店員に催促すると、忘れていましたのこと。今からだと5分で出せますということで待つものの提供されず。さらに20分待ち、いつ提供されるか確認したところ、他のお客様のメニューが優先されているため、すいませんという久々に人に対して怒りが込み上げてきました。結局1時間以上待って、ビールとアサリの酒蒸しだけ食べて終わり。自分の運が悪いと割り切りますが、その前に、この怒りをここに残さずにはやりきれなかったため、食レポではなく、苦情を残します。お客様を大事にして下さい Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very impressed by the cooking skills, attention to details and combination of different ingredients and tastes. The menu was small and simple. I ordered two cold appetizers. One was marinated konjac and the other was ham.The konjac was well marinated with soy sauce and spices. The ham was paired with strong flavoured leave vegetables and edible flower petals with good aroma. Both dishes looked simple but the taste was not simple at all. My main dish was noodles in broth. The noodles were the very thin type which went very well with the broth which had a strong umami. Slices of lime were added to the noodles which added another level of taste. The whole meal was very delicious and the price was reasonable. I will definitely go there again to try out other dishes in the menu. Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
