A true hidden gem. The restaurant wasn't crowded, which creates a very relaxed atmosphere, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. You'll notice a map of Italy and various foreign decorations on the wall, which hints at the chef's background. The culinary approach here is not bound by strict, traditional Japanese methods. Instead, every single ingredient and preparation technique is meticulously designed and executed with a modern touch. You can truly taste the deep dedication and thought put into every dish. Despite the high-end techniques and premium ingredients, the price is not expensive at all—in fact, it offers an exceptional value for money. The only minor downside is that it can get a little bit warm inside the shop, but it's a very small price to pay for such an incredible meal.
