佐賀県武雄市の居酒屋一心へ。 肩肘張らずに入れる、まさに“町の居酒屋”という一軒です。店内はどこか落ち着いた空気で、仕事帰りにふらっと立ち寄る人の姿がよく似合います。 まずは串焼き。焼き加減がちょうどよく、外は香ばしく中はジューシー。変に凝りすぎず、きちんと美味しい。お酒が進みます。 刺身の盛り合わせも注文。鮮度は申し分なく、厚みもあり、食べごたえ十分。気軽な居酒屋でこれが出てくるのは嬉しいポイントです。 そしてホルモン焼き。タレの旨みと脂の甘みが合わさって、つい箸が止まらなくなります。ビールとの相性は言うまでもありません。 全体として、気取らず、安心して楽しめるお店。仲間とわいわいでも、一人飲みでも使い勝手がいい。武雄で「今日は軽く一杯」というときに思い出したい一軒です。 Here’s the English version of your review: I recently visited Ishin Izakaya in Takeo, Saga. It’s the kind of place you can walk into without any fuss — a true neighborhood izakaya with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll see locals stopping by after work, enjoying a casual drink and good food. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with the grilled skewers. They were cooked just right — nicely charred on the outside and juicy inside. Nothing overly fancy, just solid, satisfying flavor that pairs perfectly with a cold drink. The assorted sashimi platter was another highlight. Fresh, thickly sliced, and generously portioned. For a casual izakaya, the quality was impressive and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the grilled horumon (offal). The rich, savory sauce combined with the natural sweetness of the fat made it hard to stop eating. It goes exceptionally well with beer. Overall, Ishin is an easygoing, dependable spot — perfect for a relaxed night out with friends or even a solo drink at the counter.
