My husband and I walked in with my baby in the stroller. We ordered our two drinks and asked for a cup with hot water so we can warm up solids for our baby. Then the cashier impolitely denied us that is not allowed and cannot offer even after asking it was for our baby. So we walked out. We wondered why they did not have customers. This is probably the reason why and I believe keeping up with such service mentality, they will lose business eventually. Good luck. We came to Coffee Beans and they offered happily. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
