This is my favorite coffee place! The staff is great. It’s always clean, my drinks are chef’s kiss! I enjoy all the 7Brews in Springfield, but the West Bypass crew is my hands down favorite! They are hilarious and so cheerful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually have a good experience at this location and come here fairly often, but today wasn’t the best. I ordered three drinks—one was good, but the other two didn’t turn out as expected. I asked for my drink without ice, but it was given to me with ice. When I asked if they could fix it, I was handed back a cup that was only about half full. Additionally, my sister’s drink was supposed to have cold foam and sprinkles, but it had neither. The line was also very long, and we waited around 20–30 minutes for our drinks. I understand they were especially busy since they were giving away free coasters, but combined with the issues in quality, it made the experience disappointing—especially considering the price. I do want to mention that the person taking our order was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. I’m hoping this was just an off day, as this location is usually much better. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
