My partner and I normally love going to Applebee’s but sadly this time We had the worst experience we’ve ever had. Our waitress did not ask us everything we wanted with our meal when we ordered and just Picked what she wanted I’m guessing and took the order of my four year-old without even asking me if that was what she was actually getting. What if my child had an allergy and she just gives the child whatever they asked for? The food was also hard to eat. We now know going for lunch. It’s not the best idea. The service in the food are better at dinner time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Went there today for mother's day with my newborn, toddler, 7 and 10 year old and husband. Waiters were friendly and accommodating. They were out of kids menus and they were out of crayons. The waiter could've checked up more but we understand that it was mother's day and busy. I like that I can feel comfortable with my children talking, laughing and making mild noise because it's a child friendly restaurant. My chicken wings were odd. Half of them were wet and covered in sauce and the other half was dry and covered in seasoning. Just odd. Other than that no complaints at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very disappointing and honestly life threatening experience at Applebee's. Due to apparent cross contamination, someone in my party ended up having an allergic reaction after eating the meal. What made the situation worse was how poorly it was handled by management and staff afterward. There was little concern shown for the seriousness of the reaction, no real accountability, and the response felt dismissive rather than helpful or empathetic. 911 had to be called and patron had to be transferred to the hospital for treatment. Food allergies are a serious health issue, and restaurants should take proper precautions and respond professionally when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsafe and extremely disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
