We ordered through the app and picked it up in the drive thru. The employee was fine but when we got home to eat there was a problem! I opened the Arby Melt to add sauce and the top bun was burned to black! I have worked in food service and this is not acceptable. Please let the employees know Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My husband was at the drive threw window and the guy at the register was sitting his butt on the service counter. My husband made a comment to the manager and she said "So". The fries were burnt. The chicken sandwich is awesome. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

All I wanted was a basic beef and cheddar with crinkle cut fries. I asked for honey mustard and horsey sauce. Of those things, only 2 of those things were correct when I got my order. I received horsey sauce and a ton of ketchup. The "beef and cheddar" had zero cheese on it and not even a smear or Arby's sauce; just meat on a bun. Arby's quality control has gone down significantly. The workers seem to care less, and yet these are the same workers who want $20+ an hour . Very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1
