I just went too this establishment and was refused service due too not being able too split payment with half cash rest on my card. What type of business does not accept split payments?!?! that is outrages. And also the young man who took my order did not even give me the combo deal anyways like aren’t combo meals supposed too save money? Excuse me? I’ve been too enough Sonic drive thru’s too know that the company does accept split payments it’s just the current management and employees at this location are not trained to understand the process of how it works. Or just were lazy to find out figures.. worst experience I’ve had at this place and never returning to this spot ever again. Train your staff better all I have to say. Really skimped me on my shake - the only thing I ordered & they couldn’t even cover it up with whip cream ? I would have rather gone to McDonald’s for this crap. Go ahead and reimburse me since 1/3 of my shake was missing. Update 05/07: they emailed me to come back but every time I reply asking how to redeem it they have not replied. Awful management! Ordered a Rt. 44 coke and they gave me a large. Not worth sending back but very disappointed. They also don't have Monzerella sticks??? At 9pm??? When they close at 12am??? Some manager is not doing their job correctly in stocking the store idk. Not coming back to this Sonic again unfortunately. Kinda ridiculous and strange. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
