Pulled up to the drive thru. Lady said "hey you have to wait one moment." We said ok. Few seconds later she comes on and "ask you going to come inside?" We were confused we are at the drive thur, so my husbad chuckles a little and said no ma'am we are at the drive thru. She said "well you going to just have to wait then!" My husband said ok. I got on Google and found another Arby's that would be not to far off the route we were going. So we just left. Meal type: Lunch

Being told to come inside while you are already sitting in the drive-thru lane is incredibly confusing, but getting snapped at with an attitude is completely unacceptable, HT. Our teams should be welcoming you with basic respect, not aggressively telling you that you are just going to have to wait. We are taking this straight to store management to address this employee's unprofessional behavior right away.

Not a great experience. The food i got was oily and tasted like the oil was old. The staff was slow and unfocused on their customers. And Arby's is just not a good spot overall Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had the worst experience at this Arby's . . . . Let me just say if you're in the Macon area, go to another Arby's for better service. I ordered a Beef N Cheddar sandwich and it was a disgraced, sloppy, piece of crap and the service was terrible. Go to another Arby's, that's all I'm saying. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
