Walked up to the window because i had an online order , would have went to the window but the line was all the way to the street. Anyways i go to the window just for all the employees to be looking at me like i was doing something wrong or if i wasn’t standing there, after about 20 minutes standing at the window somebody finally came and acknowledged me with a an attitude like they hated there job she had on a gray shirt which i think was the manager which is even more unprofessional of her, i then stated to them that i had been standing there and they made eye contact with me but they insist that they didn’t OK. Very unprofessional the food probably nasty just like them attitudes. I wanted my money back but they say i “ supposedly “ have to go through corporate which i think was a lie but i anit tripping about no money just wanted my food anyway. They end up saying that the wings were cooking which was okay just communicate instead of looking at customers like they slow or some , it’s so easy to just communicate but everybody don’t know or have customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Damn checkers, you need to upgrade your game from state to state. Your beef patties are cold. The only thing keeping you guys alive is your fries. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Monday May 4th at 12:40 am. The lady at the windows had an attitude with me when I ask politely for a refill. Plus had an attitude when she messed up the order twice. Just terrible Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
