Was excited to try new Angus cheesesteak sandwich. Not good at all! Very little meat given and very dry! Stick with the turkey, bacon, ranch market sandwich it is awesome! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Hearing that our new Angus cheesesteak was dry and skimped on the meat completely misses the mark, William. While we love that you are a fan of our Turkey Bacon Ranch, every new sandwich we launch should be stacked high and incredibly juicy. We are getting our kitchen crew together right away to review our portions and make sure these cheesesteaks are built perfectly.

This establishment is an absolute joke. My husband and I placed an online order and planned to pick it up and dine inside. When we arrived around 6:08 PM, we tried to enter, but the door was locked, despite the posted lobby hours stating they are open until 10:00 PM. We could clearly see inside, and there were only around four people in the lobby. Multiple employees noticed us trying to get in, yet completely ignored us at first. When my husband finally got someone’s attention, we were told the lobby was “full” and that they couldn’t let us inside. Full? With only four people in the entire lobby? Meanwhile, there were plenty of empty tables visible. The whole experience was frustrating, confusing, and unprofessional. If the lobby is closed or there are restrictions, that should be communicated clearly instead of ignoring customers standing outside the door. We went there expecting a normal dine-in experience and instead felt completely dismissed. Definitely won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Telling you that a completely empty dining room is too full to let you inside makes absolutely no sense, Hannah. You paid for your food online and expected a normal dine-in experience, not a locked door and a crew that refuses to even look you in the eye. We are dialing things in with the appropriate team to address this bizarre behavior, enforce our correct operating hours, and make sure our guests are never dismissed like this again.

Worst customer service at any Arby's. At 2:28pm 8/25/2025 male in the drive thru was extremely rude and picking his nose at the window. With no hesitation Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
