Waited for over 20 min and online order- not another order on the board. Standing in front not greeted at all for the same 20 min.. they see me but just keep on fake cleaning and ignoring me. Not a single person is in this restaurant with 4 workers.. watching me. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Probably the worst experience at an Arby’s waited over 30 minutes for food. Fries were very soggy. The kids said the Mac was bad. Sandwiches were ok. I was a little nervous to go up and ask to replace my sandwich with the correct one because everyone there seemed very overwhelmed and annoyed. Food tasted very different than my local Arby’s. Wait was so long I could have probably just went home and made food. Because the food was not so good and nobody ate much I probably still will have to make something when home. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We have the meats, but a 30-minute wait for soggy fries and an incorrect order is a total failure, Jill. You should never feel too nervous to ask for a fix because our staff looks overwhelmed or annoyed. We are escalating this to local leadership right away to fix the slow service and ensure the food quality matches what you expect from your local Arby's.
