Haven’t had KFC in a long time so we swing through the drive thru. The order taker was sweet and helpful, the cashier had manners and food was out super fast. They got our order 100% correct and it was a super yummy dinner. It was refreshing to have a fast food experience where the employees weren’t monotone or impolite. We need more of that in the world. I had a great experience and wanted to share, the KFC in Plover has good vibes in my opinion! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow what happened to KFC? I haven't been here in awhile so I thought I would give it a try on their $10 Tuesday. 8 pieces of your choice xtra crispy or regular. I had them mix it up because I wasn't sure. I can remember wanting to eat more but was too full to eat another bite. It was so good I didn't want to stop eating. What did they do to the recipe? Did they change it? It was bland and I felt like I was eating it because I didn't want to waste my money. It was luke warm. The extra crispy was dried out. Better off going to a gas station and getting their chicken. This had hardly any flavor and seasonings. What a dissapointment. Franchise for changing the recipe and workers for keeping the food in the heaters too long. All the way around and epic fail. Wont be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went through drive through. Ordered an 8piece meal with mash/gravy, coleslaw, and Mac n cheese. I didn't get any gravy, chicken was old and all smashed up, potaoe were cold, no gravy, and Mac n cheese was cold. I wanted all white but they said they didn't have enough for an 8 piece all white. I would of waited for them to put more down. I no I will be calling KBP foods because every time I go there, something isn't right. Went back one time to get my order straight after they messed it up and wanted to talk to a manager. I was told a manager wasn't there. They were at Wal Mart. No shift supervisors on duty and most employees were out by the back door smoking. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
