Last 3 visits was horrible! This location is really going down hill. Cold Fries, missing sauces after requesting, missing toppings on select sandwiches. Don't think I will go back to that location again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Going downhill is an understatement when you're dealing with cold food and missing toppings for three straight visits, Alan. You shouldn't have to beg for your requested sauces or double-check your sandwich every time you pull through our drive-thru. We are going to huddle up with the team at this restaurant immediately to fix these sloppy habits and ensure they start executing orders correctly.

Decided to get Arby's tonight and went thru drive thru where there were only 3cars ahead of me. I order the royal French dip with potato cakes, extra au jus & a side of cheese!! Of course I dont see the receipt until my food is handed to me bc it's taped to the bag....I don't wanna hold the line up so I drive off stupidly assuming she did her job correctly. Nope!! I have luke warm curly fries, a smashed sandwich and no extra au jus smmfh!! It's too late to go back, but I'm very frustrated simply bc the young lady with braces who took my order repeated it back yet rang it up wrong AND the food isn't really edible...I'm just disappointed and this seems like a coaching opportunity to actively listen to customers Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3
