Anima Athens Bistro

Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so happy you enjoyed your visit with us. It means a lot to know you left satisfied, and we hope to see you again soon!

We’re sorry you felt disappointed, but we need to clarify what happened. We have carefully reviewed the CCTV footage regarding this incident to ensure we had a clear understanding of what happened.Based on our review, both you and the other guest arrived at essentially the same time. From the waitress’s perspective, the lady approached her first, which is why she was seated. There was no intention to ignore you or to prioritize anyone unfairly. We also offered you an alternative table so that you would not have to wait any longer. Unfortunately, you chose to decline at that moment due to the emotions of the situation. Please also note that, due to our limited space, we strongly recommend making a reservation to avoid misunderstandings or waiting times, especially during busy days.Additionally, it’s unfair to suggest that we “disrespect tourists” — we welcome guests from all over the world every single day and treat everyone with the same respect. Finally, while we understand that the situation felt frustrating, leaving a negative review about an experience where you did not actually dine with us does not reflect the quality of our food or service. Emotions in the moment are understandable, but they do not justify publicly misrepresenting our business. We treat all our guests equally and remain committed to operating fairly and professionally at all times.

Thank you so much for this incredible review! Your kind words truly mean the world to us. We’re delighted you enjoyed every dish, especially the piccante salad, carbonara, pollo pasta, and piccante pizza. Hearing that even someone who usually doesn’t eat salad went back for more made us smile! We’re so happy you loved the atmosphere and service, our team will be thrilled to hear your compliments. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to Anima again soon!
