I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were impolite and unprofessional in the way they spoke to me. Because of their attitude, I decided not to proceed with my order. One of the staff members even said “يلا بالسلامه” in a dismissive tone, which was extremely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Very poor communication and customer service. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from them. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
