We always ordered ice cream birthday cakes from another BR store before, but because it was the last minute (5days before the party) to order a birthday cake for my daughter, there were limited choices from other stores, so we came to this BR on sources. The staff was very nice, she gave us many choices. Because the color my daughter requested was different from the one in the picture, the owner called us twice to confirm that it was what my daughter wanted. Very beautiful ice cream cake, my daughter and her friends loved it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had multiple outstanding experiences at the Baskin Robbins franchise on Centennial Plaza in DDO! The consistently excellent service and the perpetually cheerful staff truly stood out to me. Not only did they provide top-notch assistance, but they also welcomed customers to sample flavors without any hint of reluctance. The generous portions of their delectable treats were the icing on the cake. This franchise is a prime example of exceptional customer service and a delightful ice cream experience.
