I would like to sincerely thank Neil for my amazing experience at Subway. Im tech challenged and he helped me to complete the promo on the app, and was incredibly kind and respectful. He waited patiently for me when making the order and was super polite and so easy to talk to. Was so easy going and fast at his job. My food was fresh and made so nicely. I dont know who the Manager and/or Owner is, but i hope they read this review and promote this young man. He truly deserves it, he cares about his work and he knows what customer service is. Neil thank you so much for going above and beyond Ps: i would like to add i was at this same location a couple months ago, and was treated horribly by a different employee, which made me almost leave mid-order. However, Im glad i gave this location another chance.
