Very disappointing customer service. My partner and I don’t drink Coca-Cola—we simply wanted water instead. We asked if we could swap the 1.5L Coke included in the Family pack for two bottles of water, but the staff refused. Because we didn’t want Coca-Cola and only wanted water, they refused to sell us the Family Package. What kind of customer service is this? I honestly don’t understand this type of business. I also wonder what the owner thinks about this policy. Would they really rather lose a $55 sale than let customers swap a soft drink for water? Policies should make sense and put customers first. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we decided not to buy anything. Service: 1

This the not a nice place. The food was below average and cold. There were minimal people and the wait for the food was sooooo long !! On top of this it was expensive which I dint kind if the food and service are good. Blah it was not. I would not reccomend this place at all and will never go back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last weekend I had the feijoada! OMG!!!! Best Feijoada in Sydney. I even bought a large side and took home to share with my family. Congrats chefs! Great job!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
