We have long been planning to go to a Turkish restaurant with our family. We chose "Bodrum" based on good reviews on the Internet and a nice menu on the website. I called the number on the website to make a reservation for Sunday dinner. At first the call was stupidly dropped. I called the second number. They booked a table for us (although the girl talked rather clumsily, fuck off, on the phone), and about parking they told us to call the barrier and they would open it for us. Well, today we drive up to the restaurant at the appointed time, call and... on the phone the same girl says that she won’t open it for us, because the spaces in their parking lot are occupied. She told us to drive past one house and there would be paid parking there. OK. We passed. We ran into a barrier, next to which there was no one. We stood there, waited, and decided that we didn’t need this “Bodrum”. We had dinner at another restaurant where there are no such problems with parking. I still don’t understand why the restaurant employees don’t inform us that parking spaces are limited. We would have arrived by taxi, after all... In general, maybe this “Bodrum” cooks well, but we are unlikely to ever appreciate their cooking, because with such “customer focus” we will definitely not go to this restaurant again. Service: 1
