For me, hospitality is everything, and this place absolutely nails it. The cashier was incredibly welcoming, and finding out later that he’s actually the owner made total sense, the care and pride show. I’ve been craving a great croissant for a month, and this hidden gem finally delivered. Grabbed a whole box for tomorrow's breakfast because they look that good. As for the Um Ali? Hands down, unparalleled. It’s an absolute must-try. Huge respect to the owner.

An outstanding experience at Boulangerie moderne Rabineau. The quality of the baked goods is exceptional, truly authentic French patisserie. We tried several items, and they are all made with love and perfection. Every bite felt like a little trip to Paris What made the visit even better was the fantastic staff; they were friendly, incredibly welcoming, patient, informative, and served everything with a warm smile. The service was great, and they gave impeccable care for details. High quality food meets wonderful service and hospitality. A perfect five-star rating.
