The women refused to offer something in replacement for the chocolate milk we paid extra for with the kids meal. I requested a extra small slush instead, she said it was down for the night. So then I requested an ice cream cone or the .70 refund. She said you're already getting an ice cream.... Like that was somehow relevant and then she just kept yelling the same options over and over again (the options were the ones that don't cost extra). I asked her to stop repeating herself, so I could speak. She said, those are your only options.... She told me that I needed to leave the line.... She was literally yelling at me and I kept a calm tone the entire time. All I was asking for was something that was equivalent to $0.70. I understand that 70 cents is not a lot of money but not being willing to offer something equivalent is completely ridiculous. Just make a freaking super small ice cream cone.... I asked for her name. She refused. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They forgot my drinks. When I asked for my drinks, they gave me the wrong sizes. I asked about the size. Window worker insisted that its the right size without really checking or giving much thought. I've been to bk before and I know the size was incorrect. I can see the 3 different size cups through the window. Its only a few dollars that they cheated me on. It won't make or break me, but I wont go back to that location again. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

If you wanted to visit the worst Burger King, this would be the one. Overall the brand needs to uplift their quality. All they do good is breakfast. The rest of the brand quality is disgusting. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
