Been in line for 20 minutes, still haven’t made it to the window to get my sub but there is 4 employees smoking outside. It’s 1pm on a Friday, finally made it to the window and there’s garbage and food all over the floor not even sure if the food is safe to eat, employees just look like they are there to hang out. Definitely not freaky fast Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Actual worst jimmy John's experience ever, took almost an hour to get a Turkey Tom. The employees showed zero consideration for customers time and did not even try to make an effort work faster. Will never go to this location again. Food: 3 Service: 1

After many bad experiences, I wanted to give it another shot because we were considering a huge catering order this summer. Well today proved that I won't be doing that. All of my subs were wrong, bread was so hard, no napkins, wrong soda, no mayo packets. Basically everything I requested and paid for was wrong. I hate leaving these reviews but if we don't say anything then the owner/management won't know.
