This young teams made us so proud and happy last night they were trying to find somewhere to eat and everywhere was turning them away but we didn't. They were so polite. It was our pleasure Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5/2/26 - Inman, SC location. Stood in line @ 1pm to order. After 10 minutes of waiting, the ppl in line waiting to order - walked out, and went to McD's 30 ft away from this store. Asked an associate, if anyone is taking orders, and was told they were busy fulfilling drive-thru orders - so no. No one gave a crap. We too walked out, went to McD's, and ran into the others BK customers that walked out. $ is literally "walking out the door" at this poorly managed BK location. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Would give zero stars if I could. I visited this location on Sunday, March 15th around 12:00 PM with my family and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was visibly dirty, the staff were incredibly rude, and we waited over 30 minutes for our food through a mobile app order — and never received it. We eventually had to leave without eating anything. To make matters worse, the woman who appeared to be the manager on duty was unhelpful and dismissive, and honestly made the entire experience more negative than it already was. There was zero accountability and zero urgency to resolve the situation. I contacted Burger King customer service afterward and was offered a $15 coupon — which does not come close to making up for the time wasted, the money spent, and the frustration my whole family had to deal with. Corporate needs to do a serious review of this location. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
