Not going to write a bad review over 1 person, but the little girl taking orders through the drive-thru is despicable and immature. Absolutely rude and nasty for no reason. I’m 30 years old and she treated me like a was a 12 years old and had a smart mouth. Don’t work in service industry if you are nasty to people for no reason. You never know if someone is having a bad day and you give nasty gestures and remarks. Don’t talk to people like they’re stupid. I went back because the sauce was forgotten, no big deal, but the little girl taking orders out on the intercom that it’s inconvenient because I spent $40 on food and the fries were soggy and I couldn’t go in because I was barefoot. I have 2 kids and have a very demanding life and company managing 60 properties in North Carolina. I was EXHAUSTED with sleep deprivation. The rest of the staff were very polite. I got my sauce and left. I get that sometimes pickings are slim when hiring staff, but when as soon as I open my mouth at the intercom and I get treated like crap (this was the same girl), then I’m not going to have a good view of your business. Just think about that. I didn’t show my butt, but I wish I would have told that little girl off. One day she will make the wrong person mad.

We took the drive through but they were fairly quick even though there was a line. 1 helpful girl was outside taking orders on a wireless tablet! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

This restaurant is one of the worst! Not only did they screw up my family's order. When called to let them know they left us on hold for over 20 minutes. I paid extra for the new dry rub that wasn't on the chicken tinder but the chicken I received was the smallest piece of chicken I had ever seen. Tell me how this was almost 10 dollars worth of food. We won't be back until things change! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
