My husband and I stopped by here on 5/5/26 around 4pm. We stood in line to order, as we watched 3 staff members casually talking and slowly preparing orders for the drive up window. After 7 minutes of no service, nor acknowledging us standing in line,, we left. My husband is white and I am black. I immediately felt that this was the reason for them ignoring that we were even standing in line to order. No one else was in line as well, our entire waiting time. My husband felt the same way. We both felt disrespected. If you are black or in an interracial marriage, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! I just pray and hope that not all Springfield Burger Kings accept this kind of treatment and behavior. SHAME ON YOU! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have always loved Berger King. I can remember when "lt takes two hands to handle a Whopper" used to be true. Times change. Prices go up. But it's still the best fast food burger joint I've found. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
