Customer service is down right horrible from the employees to the manager nothing but rude attitude and does not honor their mistakes nor try to ensure the customer is happy with service manager Jody and Davis needs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Captain D's based on my most recent visit on March 19, 2026. From the moment I walked in, the cashier was too busy having a conversation with a coworker to give me her full attention. Because of this, she failed to listen properly to my order, and I had to repeat myself three times just to place a simple fish and chicken meal order. That level of inattentiveness is unacceptable. When I received my food, the cashier did not verify that my order was correct before handing it to me. As a result, I was missing two items. When I brought this to their attention, I was told to give my food back so they could fix the order. I was very uncomfortable with that request due to concerns about cross-contamination, and that should not be standard practice. To make matters worse, the cashier also ignored my requests for specific condiments and instead gave me whatever she chose again, because she was more focused on her conversation than on doing her job. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only isolated issue. On February 28, 2026, I ordered two 3-piece fish dinners and received cold, old fries. On February 13, 2026, I ordered two 4-piece dinners with 2 add on butterfly shrimp, and the shrimp were soaked in grease, as if old shrimp had been dropped back into the fryer. What’s most frustrating is that I frequently stop to this location on my way home from work because they usually provide good service and fresh, hot food. However, based on these recent experiences, the quality of both service and food has significantly declined. I hope management addresses these issues immediately, as this level of service does not reflect well on the establishment. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
