The customer service at this location needs improvement. Some employees come across as unprofessional and unfriendly, making the experience uncomfortable for customers. One employee(The young white chick) in particular consistently displays a poor attitude while showing a different level of friendliness toward certain customers (Mostly the men). I also noticed that when customers request their sandwiches to be prepared a specific way, the instructions are not always followed. Customers should receive their orders as requested. Management may want to focus on improving professionalism, customer service, and consistency to ensure a better experience for everyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gosh me and my whole family eat here..we always get the bacon and biscuits..we actually crave them. they are so good.. Even if there is a rush ..the customer service is so friendly..and no matter how busy they are ..I've never had to wait for very long to get my order.. even if there is a wait..the food is so good it's worth it..I highly recommend..the prices are reasonable and the food is fresh and delicious.. I've been going here ever since my mother took me as a child. Mamie's never disappoints! My personal favorite is the country ham egg and cheese biscuit. I even have friends from out of town that are like hey can you take us to that Mamie's place when they visit me. If you've never been here I highly recommend it!
