I LOVE CARLS JR! But 33rd and Broadway in edmond, ok might be the reason I will never eat there again. Problem number 1. Intercom barely works through drive thru. Problem number 2. Drive thru display screen does not display your order Problem number 3. I ordered 2 teriyaki burger 1/2 patty,1 with fries, 1 with onion rings, a large Dr pepper and a large coke, kids meal with star nuggets, fries, drink and 3 cookies. My burgers were wrong, didn't get my cookies, my large fries, or straws. Problem number 4. They will NOT answer phone calls. So I had to drive back down there and explain what all was missing. Problem number 5: the manager "a elder Latina woman " argued with me as if I was wrong for how I ordered my burger. She was only willing to replace my two burgers and give me my 3 cookies. Problem number 6: she said she would replace them after she is done cooking everyone else's. So now I'm no longer a priority and was treated as if I was lying I had to stand there for nearly 15min waiting for my replacement. Problem number 7, 8, 9& 10!;when she brought me out my food I received only 2 out of the 3 of my cookoes, my burgers were both fully loaded with veggies, they were 1/4 lbs and I payed for 1/2lbs, and she took my receipt. Problem number 11. She took the reciept so I couldn't prove I payed for 3 cookies and I know for a fact I did! 2 cookies cost 1.99 and the third was 1.19. So again she acts like I'm ripping her off and at this point I just had to take 3rd cookie and call my losses on how I spent extra on my 1/2lbs burgers and no veggies. I might come off as a picky eater and a jerk but spoke with these people with no temper and I couldn't even trust to eat these replaced burgers bc how poorly this manager handled this surely she spit in my burger. I think carls jr hands down has the best quality in burgers. But the trust I have lost today in there team members very well be the reason I'll never enjoy there food again. REDEEM YOURSELF IF YOU MESS UP MISS MANAGER LADY! I've been a restaurant manager b4 and I wouldn't had ever let someone walk out so unsatisfied.
