I get Cha Cha black sugar drink in different location but the only place Cha Cha in Springvale that pissed me off that I asked them putting less ice but every time they still put as standard ice. Just now, i confronted with them that I want it with little ice then they said No, They cant do it and i walked off. Look, to be honest The black sugar drink is nice but the service there is crab. Never come back there again

I've been drinking Cha Cha Tea since they first opened in Springvale and I love their drinks. My favourite is definitely the Black Sugar Milk Tea as it gives me the energy I need for the day. The staff at Cha Cha Tea are also very friendly and occasionally will remember your order/face. Highly recommend for those who have not tried before.
