I usually love this place , been eating from here since 2024 . This was my first time ordering from them since last year, & i’m highly disappointed. Usually my food is nice , well done , & fresh but today seems like the employees in the back were careless . I just ordered a 3 piece meal & when I got to eating it , I notice the outside layer of the tenders weren’t cooked completely, & the parm fries were a bit cold . I pretty much picked through it , & decided to toss it . Also , they threw the side sauces right on top of the chicken so it looked a mess & seemed like however made it was not in a good mood & rushing . I’m so annoyed cause for $18 my food should have been cooked right , & handled better . Such a waste of money and I most likely will never eat from here again which makes me sad. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Went to try something new and found myself inside chick’n out. When we got to order my son and I ordered the 3 piece tender meal. The options that we received were Not So Hot, Hot, Hotter(can’t remember the actual name). I ordered my son not so hot because he doesn’t like spicy things. The Not so hot is completely covered in pepper making it hot. When the waitress asked if it was good I explained the situation and she assured me that they weren’t hot, so I showed her the tenders that were completely covered in pepper. She asked if he wanted plain. I was completely baffled as this was not offered to us when we ordered. Plus the hot didn’t really have any flavor. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I’m really sorry that your experience with the tenders and the spice levels missed the mark, especially when you were trying to find something your son could enjoy.Our “Not So Hot” should never feel like a surprise heat level, and if it came out looking heavily peppered, that’s on us. We clearly didn’t communicate the options well at the counter, and the fact that “plain” wasn’t offered upfront is something we need to correct with the team immediately. You shouldn’t have to discover that after the fact.As for the hotter spice levels lacking flavor — that’s also feedback we take seriously. Heat without flavor isn’t what we aim for, and we’ll be reviewing that with the kitchen to make sure we’re delivering something balanced and enjoyable.I appreciate you being honest with us.
