At the restaurant opp. Al Ghurair mall, I went for a tea and snacks, food is good here but I was so upset seeing the level of customer service that no one can accept, a staff is taking the order while eating something and such a negligence- I feel just to quit the restaurant immediately. She was eating something and came to take the order, why don’t she finish eating and take the order,I ask what you have for small snacks and she start to talk and the food in her mouth fell down- I feel really annoyed. So sorry to say I won’t return back to your restaurant at this level of customer service. I used to get good service from your restaurant, but this is the first time I experienced this.
