I have been to Clock-Out Lounge before, so I know they are capable of doing better, which makes this experience even more frustrating. This TUSH drag show was one of the worst event experiences I’ve had in Seattle. They massively oversold tickets to the point that the venue became miserable. There was no room to sit, no room to stand comfortably, and no realistic way to even see the show. People were packed in everywhere while staff kept yelling at guests not to block walkways, yet offered absolutely no help or direction on where anyone was supposed to go. If you sell tickets to an event, basic crowd management should be expected. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive all night. Instead of trying to make the situation better, they acted annoyed at paying customers for simply trying to exist in a space they oversold. The entire environment felt hostile, chaotic, and poorly run. The show itself matched the disorganization of the venue. Performances were messy, technical issues were obvious, lip sync timing was off, and the whole night felt sloppy and unprofessional. We left after about an hour because it was impossible to enjoy anything after being treated so poorly. Honestly, this felt like a cash grab with no regard for customer experience. I will never return, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before spending money here again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
