Podemos recomendar este establecimiento por sus precios sorprendentes. Este café tiene una atmósfera festiva y una decoración hermosa. Lovely cafe, great food but the girl on the till who took our order at around 1pm on Weds 17th June, unfortunately let the Coffee Box down. No customer service skills at all -maybe she was having a bad day, feeling unwell or had just served an awkward customer but a smile and a friendly greeting costs nothing. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Felt compelled to write a review after my visit, I consider myself a hobby Cofee drinker and this leads me to critically analyse every coffee. This may have been one of the worst Cofee’s I’ve had The only Artisan aspect was the name on the front of the building. Upon receiving my flat white I paused to admire the pattern on top it’s fairly difficult to accurately portray a squished frog so props, after wading my way through the milky bubbles I found The Cofee was lacking fullness seeming weak and underbrewed, The drink came out far too hot the milk watery most likely due to being reheated from a previous drink as I didn’t see the server poor any new milk. The machine and Grinder was also a pretty messy area and probably should have been an indication of quality. For £4:10 I’d recommend saving your money and investing it in a kettle and some instant coffee from Aldis, you’ll be less disappointed. In fairness the food looked good, the cakes as-well, it was nice to see some good Gluten free and vegan options, I’m sure with a little more care towards the coffee and the service it could be a great place. Popped in on the 14th of March for a quick bite to eat and a cup of coffee, we were offered a table, it needed cleaning but the young girl said she'd clean it, after a while we got fed up of waiting and cleaned it ourselves, luckily the cleaning products and bins were next to where we sat so we used them, none of the staff noticed, anyway, we then looked at the menu, picked what we wanted and I went to order, the girl on the till could not have cared less what I was ordering, she responded with "yeah" after everything I ordered and didn't once look up at me, so, order complete, went back to our now very clean table, and sat and waited....and waited.....and waited, I was just about to go and ask for my money back when our food arrived, 2 paninis on an absolute mountain of what I thought was rocket, limp, soggy rocket, I then went back up to the counter and asked for the cutlery, napkins and sauces hat surely must be part of the dining experience bit we had not received, and then, we waited and waited and waited, finished our food then the coffees arrived, they were quite nice actually. So yeah, not a great experience, won't be going again, there's a Costa round the corner. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
