We were served the worst fries ever. The fries were hardly fried, more lite frozen fries had been given a short run in the microwave. They were almost white and totally soggy. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

I think it must be the worst fish and chips I've ever had! The chips were terrible, pale, mushy and so greasy. The sausage looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday, the gravy was 10x worse than bisto and the fish was okay ish but super greasy. Will never return especially having spent over £20. Avoid. Honestly, the best battered jumbo sausage with medium chips I've ever eaten in my life, salt is perfect, vinegar option. This place is moderately price but overall worth the odd takeaway. I like the atmosphere as it definitely fits the theme and fun fact, tad cod translates to father cod in english. Very Welsh indeed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: Usually in the afternoon it's difficult but, for the time that Tad cod gets most of its customers. Its very easy, apart from Fridays and saturdays. Kid-friendliness: Very nice place for kids to eat classic British food! Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly decent, but the door is heavy.
