I really like the style of soft serve and it's overall a decent ice cream. The cones also taste good, but the slight lemon flavored dough with cinnamon isnt my thing. Ordering them seperately is probably a good idea at first just in case flavors clash for you. I like stopping in from time to time for a simple twist cup. My only problem is how spare they can be with the toppings and how disappointing it is when one falls off because there is few. I used to order from doordash since they are open late and they really loaded with toppings. I loved it and figured I would just start ordering that way for more toppings, but then the single pint is no longer available, so a little bummed for that! Customer service is okay! Nothing to complain about but not top notch. It is what you would expect for Gen Z. I think the kids should feel comfortable and able to chat with eachother at work. I think allowing the option for extra toppings or seeing how much the customer wants, more base flavor varieties, offering a more stable/wide cup/carrier for the ice cream since toppings fall off would be a great addition.
