Didn't expect great fish and chips at a Vietnamese bar & grill, but the cod was crispy, hot, and golden — solid value at $14. The beef pho was the real standout: rich broth, tender meatballs, and fresh herbs, a bowl to help you pho get your worries, honestly. Goi Cuon rolls were fresh and simple. Quiet, clean, cozy spot with attentive service. Five stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
