Steers we’re fed out with 40% corn blend for 8 months. Cut sheet orders not followed. Half of the same steer very good and marbled. The other half of the same steer tough no marbling and inedible.

I dropped my deer off in December and never heard anything back so I called up there late January to find out that my meat had been ready for over a week. Then I ask about delivering the meet which they advised that they no longer book the trips and that I would need to call Texas Tripe to schedule a deliver to Sherman. I scheduled this with Texas Tripe twice now and both times Detroit told them that they didn't have my meat. I have met the Texas Tripe driver twice now at his drop location in Sherman to be advised that my meat was not on their truck. I have left multiple messages and no one will call me back. It is now March 23rd and I still don't have my meat that I paid for back in December!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
