We stopped in on a whim after a day at Cherry Crest Farm on our way back to our rv park. We had driven by a few days earlier and wanted to check it out because we love a good dive bar. The bartender initially was very friendly as we ordered our 1st round. My husband ordered a second round and then stepped away to use the restroom and she came over and told me she won’t serve him a 2nd round because she thought he was already intoxicated. He hadn’t even finished his 1st drink. I tried to explain to her that he was having a really bad knee issue and was wearing a brace if it was the way he was walking was a concern, but she told me it was the way he ordered his 1st drink. Not sure exactly what she meant by that. He wasn’t slurring or loud and obnoxious. She just said it was her judgement and she’d serve me but not him. I even told her I was the one driving. It made no difference. I asked for the check and we left. We won’t be back. Too bad because it seems like a cool little place. Just don’t go if you have trouble walking. . Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Dirty Ol' Tavern is exactly what you'd expect.Very friendly staff & patrons when we were there.Stop in for a drink! :-)
