Burnt. Cold. Terrible!Let's start with my experience with Domino's Pizza Rockingham has usually been positive. There have been occasional mix ups in the past but mistakes happen. What happened tonight was downright unacceptable!I arrived at the store and my name was on the monitor indicating my order was ready. It could not be found. I assumed something had gone wrong and maybe another pizza was being made (mistakes happen). After waiting about 10-15 minutes I noticed my name had disappeared from the monitor. I asked a staff member why this occurred. They went had a look for a while and then found my order (no docket was on it) despite no pizzas being added to the racks. I asked how long it had been there. I was told not long. I got home to a cold, burnt pizza. I guess it really HAD been waiting there a while.Was more than happy to wait. But to send customers out with a quite clearly forgotten about and hence cold pizza is terrible. Being burnt was just the icing on the cake!tl;drPizza not found and then found 15 mins (plus however long it had been out of the oven). Pizza burnt, cold, and unpleasant.
