Worst ever. Ordered 2 meals and a separate burger. Recieved the wrong burger in the meal and missing the separate burger. Went instore and got missing burger. Got home. Big mac had no sauce and almoat burned patties. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, recieved a plain quarter pounder. And seriously the burgers have shrunk again! Food: 1 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$40–60

Today I bought 2 mcsmart meals, Im missing 1 double cheese burger, my chips had half in packet, had half a cup of coke no sugar in it. I dont understand how they're not doing they're job properly?? Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20

Okay walk through this with us; Order - one quater pounder no pickles large meal vanilla coke, one steak cheese stack large meal strawberry thick-headed, 2 mcflurrys. Simple right? Not for McDonald's rockingham at 6.47pm on a Monday night. At the ordering box they repeated our order to us wrong multiple times, we corrected them. At the first window we noticed an entire meal missing ( phily steak ) we just reordered it and paid again thinking they got it right. Got to the second window got handed our first order 1 quater pounder large and 2 mcflurrys. We than explained the next meal is ours to as at the first window they forgot a meal. Got handed the second order which was meant to be the shake, fries and steak burger. No chips were given and we explaineds we should have two drinks not one. She explained we got the shake. We then went over the entire situation again with a snarky young blonde chick who yes is at a shitty maccas job jist for the money but needs to learn to treat people with respect and realise people only want what we paid for. She than told us once again the first window didnt get our order right and it was the burger alone to which we asked well if its jist the burger why did we get the shake as the shake was with the steak burger meal and the vinilla coke with quater pounder meal... we said its fine we will pay for it again. She completely ignored us throwing her hands in the air scrunching up her face as she walked away Rolling her eyes and shoving it out the window saying " here's your free fries" with such attitude. She hands us cold chips and a coke even after we said vanilla coke. We than rang just to let the manager know how their staff serve people and are not nice and were first met with the manager apologising before we tried to explain the situation. Once we explained the situation he then became argumentative about the entire thing there was no accountability for the multiple occasions the order was stuffed up. There was no accountability for the rude intitled yound lady whom rolled her eyes and spoke with attitude and disrespected. There was no accountability for the food being cold. All he said was " bring it back and we will replace it" we didnt want a food replacement. We wanted to be spoken to like humans. Respected. Listened to as paying customers. Poor customer service. Poor food quality. Poor resolution. Food: 2 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $40–60
