Absolutely disappointed with our pizza received on Saturday afternoon on the 28th, was to over cooked and rock hard, burnt toppings, tried to call the store to let them know, with no success. Pizza all cut different sizes couldn't even pull it apart without ripping it... So disappointed and guttered. Couldn't uploaded photos to show what we received at home.. but got the photos to show when we go back down in person. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So why is your staff that are ment to be working, stuffing around out the front of your buisness at 2 in the morning acting like clowns and jumping in and out of cars and taking off speeding through the carpark leaving and coming back while 1 staff member is standing out the front. Going in and out of the store when your closed ? Are they drunk ?cos they sound like they are. Very unprofessional conduct. is there a manager on site? And if there is should they really be in charge and responsible for portraying the right image for your business. And why are they meeting up with there friends when your paying them to do a job? The front of the store is absolutely atrocious Rubbish everywhere im sure if they have time to leave and come back doing God knows what. Then they have time to clean up the garbage out the front. I will be following this up with management.

Absolute disaster of a store. This franchise needs a complete clean-out, starting with management. Over 3 hours for delivery. First attempt arrived after 2 hours and was wrong. I was handed a cold mini pizza which i replied "what is this"? Considering i order meal for the family. Another hour later, the “correct” order arrived stone cold, obviously left sitting around. Staff clearly don’t care, and it’s no surprise, the staff turnover here is unprecedented. The entire operation is disorganised, poorly managed, and incompetent. Never ordering again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60
