Came here around 7pm and there was no wait. The staff are nice - quick and attentive. The ambience is nice, bright yet quiet. The place is neat and tidy. The food is delicious. The noodles are firm, not soggy. The noodle soup is very flavorful and not salty. Since we ordered beef, we were worried that the taste might be too strong, but that's not the case at all. It was spicy yet refreshing. The free noodle and soup refill was a nice touch. The sliced beef shanks were also delectable and pairs well with the vinegar. The soy milk is smooth and unsweetened, much to my delight. I wish they have chicken noodles also or maybe some dumplings but I enjoyed overall so will definitely come back to try the other dishes.
