really odd experience but I went into drive through with a latte, it came out tasting and looking like pure milk, but when I asked for a remake I was told it was gunna be 1.08 for it, which I thought was odd cuz the last time I tried editing milk in app it was 50¢, but they said they didn't have a button for it and is asked for a managers input then cuz like, get a button then they claimed they didn't have one on duty which I know is incorrect. like if you're gunna lie at least make it believable type shit. they also gave it to me no charge and said there would be a fee next time but like I was entirely willing to pay the 50¢ for it this time I just wasn't willing to pay over 1$ more for a different milk choice I know isnt that price in app, and even if it was again, I was willing to pay it I just need a managers input and also better tasting coffee cuz if we remember right, it was made like shit to begin with. 11:40 am

This place is always ridiculously understaffed. No reason I should be waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told there’s only 2 people on staff and no one to make food.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts in Rochester. It takes them so long to even acknowledge you at the drive-thru. When they finally do, it's "I'll be with you in a second." Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
