Way to ruin your morning - The lady at the drive-through this morning gave me a Boston cream in a bag with the frosting smeared all over. Absolutely no way to be able to eat it without making a complete mess. I have been to other Tim Hortons who have awesome customer service people who will put that type of a donut in a box so you can actually eat it and not create a mess. Clearly, this store has employees that don’t care about their job or the customer. I am certain that she would have a fit if she went to a store and got her level of service. Will definitely be using a different Tim Hortons. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
