I placed my order at Dunkin and even left a tip, expecting good service. After waiting over 40 minutes, I asked about my order, and the employee simply said, “Sorry, what order?” It felt like my order had been completely ignored. I ended up requesting a refund. On top of that, the store wasn’t clean. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Meal type: Breakfast

I am absolutely obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts! Wish I could visit more! Their donuts are truly a delight, and I can't get enough of them.
