Had a great experience at Dunkin'. Faizan was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. He handled customers with a smile, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done properly. Staff like him make customers want to come back again. Keep up the good work! I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’. I clearly ordered a hot drink, but the female staff member prepared a cold one instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, she reacted with a bad attitude and became visibly upset, even though it was her error. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service. Staff should know how to handle simple corrections professionally and respectfully. If someone cannot treat customers properly, they should not be in a customer-facing role. The only positive part of my visit was the male staff member who assisted before—he was very professional, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. I hope management takes note of both experiences and improves overall service quality. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
