I called in advance and specifically asked for puttu and kadala. The staff confirmed that the order had been kept aside for me. However, when I arrived for dine-in, I was made to wait for more than 10 minutes before being informed that the food had actually been disposed of. What makes this even more disappointing is the lack of effort to resolve the issue. I was told that fresh milk tea could not be made because it was after 11 AM. A restaurant should be able to prepare a basic cup of tea upon request, especially after making a mistake with a confirmed order. The customer service was extremely poor, communication between staff seemed disorganized, and there was little interest in helping the customer. Overall, a very frustrating experience that left me feeling that convenience and customer satisfaction are not priorities here. Service: 1

The chicken we received was overcooked and had excessive charcoal burns. It was not properly cooked, and the taste was bitterand unpleasant. When we tried to eat it, it was inedible. The staff mentioned that all portions are cooked at the same temperature and served the same way, but this issue has now occurred for the third time.
