Told us they was going to cancel order and again despite website saying straight away these said a few day to go into the bank.
Final phone call he said do you want the order or not as i am busy which was not only shocking but rude.
When the food did come it was cold trading standards need to look at this place and its staff I will never use this place again next time I'll just get pizza from pizza tower least they look after customers and don't do false advertising or rip you off and food is always good and fast.
After another hour of waiting I called again and was assured my order was just 5 minutes away and again this did not appear, so another phone call to be told that they are busy and hung up.
I then decided to drive to the address and ask in person for my refund as this was unacceptable.
They were rude, and would NOT OFFER A REFUND!!!
I advise anybody Thinking of using this place to avoid it as it will not deliver, take your money and you will not receive anything.
The place needs shutting down!!
