The sandwiches were good but it seem like the staff did not care to be there. We watched on of the staff members I'm assuming he was a lead because he had a different shirt than the rest walk by the messy drink station and throw lids on the floor as he walked away. The bathroom was dirty and there was paper towels and dirty on the floor in there. The drink station looked like it hadn't been wiped down in days and the lids were all smashed in the holder and not organized. When we got our food they forgot our Mac n cheese so we had to got back and ask for it. They also forgot my extra pickle spear and I asked for no onion on my sandwich because I have allergies and they gave me onion on one half of my sandwich. Not sure if it got mixed with there lettuce or what happen there. Thankfully it didn't set my allergies off. I enjoy their food but their staff needs some work and proper training. Price per person: $10–20

Wheat bread had mold on it. Took it back to firehouse and they could care less no apologies or anything. Missed eating with my family while I had to drive back and not even got a sorry for giving me old mold infested bread. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered one $17.99 sandwich with no sides or drink for pickup 20 minutes later. Arrived 20 minutes later and no takeout items were on the rack. After 5 minutes of standing around was asked for the TO name and they started making it. No apologies or care to make a decent sandwich after all this. I've seen gas station sandwiches made with more care and quality. Firehouse has lost it's way and only cares about profit now. They've abandoned their roots and mission.
